  • Managing Partner

    With 15 years of experience in the environmental industry, Kristen has built a diverse skill set through both public and private sector roles. During her time in the public sector, she was privileged to work on a variety of projects alongside multiagency partners, which ultimately led to an executive service role where she helped drive change and shape policy. Kristen further honed her skills in the private sector by supporting business development for the nation’s largest ecological restoration company. Holding a Master’s degree in Environmental Policy and Management, she continues to engage actively in the environmental field and leverage a vast network of partners.

    With a diverse background in the financial and logistical sectors, he excels in developing strategies that optimize performance and drive sustainable growth. His experience encompasses advising on complex regulatory requirements and providing critical support for operations across multiple continents. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration, he brings strong skills in strategic planning, business management, and compliance to his roles. Additionally, William served in the US Army, reinforcing his commitment to operational excellence and effective stakeholder engagement. His broad expertise fosters collaboration and enhances organizational effectiveness in dynamic environments.
